Cancellation Policy
When booking with Rocksi Johnson Photography LLC you are agreeing to and understand the following; Rocksi Johnson Photography LLC owns the photo's taken and can use them for advertisement purposes. If the client is to use them in any media, recognition to original owner of photo should be offered. You will receive all edited digital files from the shoot unless otherwise communicated between client and Rocksi Johnson Photography LLC. They will be delivered to you via a link in your email with a download code. Weather and sickness does derail a scheduled shoot occasionally. Clients get one free cancelation. If they cancel a second time there will be a secondary $50 non refundable fee to be paid. If a third cancelation is needed, on the clients part, Rocksi Johnson Photography LLC will determine, at that point, if the schedule can fit you in or not. If a cancelation occurs on Rocksi Johnson Photography's side, one is acceptable, if a second cancelation is needed there will either be added time to the session or a partial refund. That will be determined at the time of reschedule by Rocksi Johnson Photography LLC. Rocksi Johnson Photography LLC is not responsible for any accident or injury that occurs during a shoot.
